I am an ice hockey player-turned-professional-triathlete from Exeter, New Hampshire. I currently live in Carlsbad, California to train but will never lose my "Live Free or Die" roots. 2012 will be my 3rd full season as a professional triathlete and my focus is the 70.3 World Championships in Las Vegas on September 9, 2012. San Diego Tri Club Meeting TONIGHT!!!!

Not an excuse for a lack of updates but..... I have a new website in the works!
